JAKARTA: PT Hasta Kreasimandiri, a Balikpapan-East Kalimantan-based developer, will construct 8 apartment towers in South Jakarta for middle-class people to meet higher demand for investment and living places.Today, Hasta Group has prepared 5 hectares land in South Jakarta area for realizing the construction plan, as informed by President Director of Hasta Group Fadjraa Oemar.Expectedly, the 8 apartments will offer 2,600 units or 325 units per tower.Meanwhile, the apartment project will be supported by a bank loan amounting to 70% of total fund needed, while the remaining will come from internal cash.In addition, the construction in Jakarta will be concentrated to vertical building considering on lack of land, Fadjraa said.Then, the developer also plans to expand other residential projects by establishing landed houses in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan considering on increasing economic growth and great infrastructures in the region.Condotel (Condominium and Hotel) projectIn the meantime, Hasta Kreasimandiri has engaged PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PP), state-controlled planning and construction company, to sell out all condotel units of Swiss-belhotel in December 2011 along with its operating plan for property facilities totally in January 2012.The property project spending IDR700 billion had been announced officially at the end of last week. In addition, the building equipped 17 floors with 254 units offers beach view of Balikpapan in each room.Then, the physic construction of condotel is targeted to complete in October 2011 and then the soft opening will be held within November-December, so it can be operated in early of 2012.After launching recently, the units have been sold by 30% of 254 units and are targeted to be sold out in December 2011. So the condotel can be operated in January 2012, PT PP General Manager of Development Division Bambang Rianto confirmed after attending a launching event of Swiss-belhotel, at the end of last week.Later, the price of unit will start from IDR700 million per unit including room service discount by 18% for first 2 years and can stay at the hotel for 14 days per year.Hasta Group is known as a developer focusing on retail center development as King Pasar baru, Jakarta Mega Mall Pluit (Pluit Village), Pasar Muka Cinajur, and Plaza Sukaramai Pekanbaru.
