BFI Finance to launch IDR300 billion bonds

JAKARTA: PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk unveils its plan to issue bond III/2011, valuing IDR200 billion-IDR300 billion and being divided into three tranches, tranche A with 370 maturities, tranche B with 24 months maturities, and tranche C with 36 months maturities.Initially, we were attempting to issue IDR200 billion, yet the maximum value is IDR300 billon, said BFI Finance Corporate Secretary Budi Munthe to Bisnis yesterday.The company, as he added, has appointed PT Standard Chartered Securities Indonesia and PT Danareksa Sekuritas as underwriters while PT Bank Mega Tbk shall serve as the trustee.At the moment, PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia has set A(idn) rating for BFI Finance outstanding bonds and corporate rating. Fitch also grants expected rating A (exp) (idn) for BFI Finances to be issued senior bond III/2011.PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has also granted idA- rating for bonds II/2009, costing IDR30 billion, maturing on 15 July.
