JAKARTA: Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) plans to distribute IDR150 billion dividend from last year net income which recorded at IDR525 billion, rose 35% from IDR388 billion in 2009.The IDR50 billion interim dividends have been paid in December 2010, while annual dividend will be paid after obtaining shareholders approval, said President of Lippo Karawaci Ketut Budi Wijaya in a press statement last night. The total distributed dividend, he added, are IDR150 billion or IDR8.65 per share. The number is equivalent to 28.6% payout ratio and 1.6% yield. Lippo Karawaci also recorded a YoY revenue of IDR2.57 trillion or rose 22% than last year.Ketut said the achievement was supported by economic growth, high sales on housing and township, revenue from health care unit and a better productivity.Net income was booked up 35% from IDR388 billion last year to IDR525 billion this year. With such achievement, net income per share (EPS) is IDR30.3.All Lippo Karawaci business divisions were showing positive performance in 2010 particularly high revenue from township, which revenue growth 18% to IDR1.28 trillion from IDR1.09 trillion in 2009. as he said on an official statement.On the other hand, revenue from health care increased 16% to IDR1.04 trillion while commercial business up 14% to IDR354 billion.Income from asset management business sky rocket 67% to IDR454 billion from IDR271 billion derived from commission from helping the sale of Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Center (MRCCC) assets and other retail assets like Siloam Hospital Lippo Cikarang to First REIT.Lippo Karawaci Recurring Income continues to grow and is contributing 59% from this year total revenue.Recurring income [pendapatan rutin] Lippo Karawaci terus berkembang dan merupakan 59% dari total seluruh pendapatan untuk tahun tersebut, jelas Ketut.
