JAKARTA: PT New Century Development Tbk is no longer listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As cited on IDX official website, the delisting starts to take effect today, January 24, 2010. Following the revocation, the company no longer has obligation to the IDX and the market authority will remove the name of the company from the list of the publicly-traded companies at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, the delisting does not eliminate company's obligations that have not been fulfilled to the IDX. The used-to-be PTRA coded share may relisting their share six months after the delisting as long as they meet the listing requirements. The requirements are contained in Regulation No. 1-1 on Shares Delisting and Relisting. The decision is approved by IDX Head of Valuation Service Division Dwi Shara Soekarno and IDX Head of Trading Division Andre P.J. Toelle. (T05/NOM)
