JAKARTA: Yields of corporate and government bonds will rise in the second quarter following the Federal Reserve's decision to halt its quantitative easing program, citing Head Fixed Income of PT Mandiri Sekuritas Handi Yunianto, Investor Daily reported.The decision which is due to higher inflation in the United Stated will boost bond yields in US. It will also translate into an increase in Indonesian government bond.Handi added that the corporate bond issuances will climb in line with the expansion and refinancing plans during the low interest-rate period. The bond issuances are predicted to reach IDR16 trillion. (NOM)
