JAKARTA: PT Trimegah Securities Tbk obtained approval at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders to disintegrate its investment manager division and set up a new business unit, PT Trimegah Asset Management.About 78% shareholders attended the meeting, and they agreed with our agenda, Director Trimegah Securities Karman Pamurahardjo told the press after the meeting today.He said that the meeting agenda included disintegration of investment manager division, formation of a new business unit, and appointment of new directors to manage Trimegah Asset Management.According to him, Denny Rizal Thaher, Director of Trimegah Securities, will lead the new business unit.Karman added that the companys consolidated revenue would later increase as it continues to expand through the more diversified business and focus on each division.The asset management will be separated and managed independently, making it to be more efficient and develop further.The companys TRIM-coded shares were settled at IDR115 per share today, creating a market capitalization of IDR420.33 billion.
