JAKARTA: Indonesian stocks lost 41.11 points or 1.09% at midday break.Jakarta Composite Index was closed at 3,706.60 at the end of the first trading session today from 3,747.81 in the opening. The index moved within the range of 3,699.28-3,751.93.Of 418 stocks traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange, for almost one share that rose, 2 fell and 241 were unchanged.PT Bank CIMB Niaga became the main driver to the drop in the index as it slid 6.36 points. PT Bank International Indonesia tailed with -5.99, then PT Gudang Garam with -4.94 and PT Astra International -4.35.Meanwhile, the shares supporting the index included Sarana Menara which climbed 0.97 points, PT Dian Swastika 0.92 points, PT Nusantara Infrastructure 0.89 points, and PT Harum Energy 0.81 points.Seven of nine sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange retreated, led by finance which contributed minus 57.41%, construction property and real estate minus 18.40%, miscellaneous minus 9.22% and infrastructure utility and transportation minus 8.05%.As JCI slipped, BISNIS 27 Index also fell 5.69 points or 1.71% to 326.53 at midday break from 332.24 in the opening.
