JAKARTA: Property developer PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk is optimistic to be able to achieve this years revenue target amounting to IDR183 billion or sped 298.95% compared to IDR45.87 billion last year.Finance Director Bukit Uluwatu John Daniel Rasjad said the sale of lots in Bintan, Riau Islands, along with the rental of hotels and villas in Bali continues to show improvement during this year."Three lots were sold in Bintan during September to November. On this December, there will be one more transaction," he said last week.The Company plans to market 12 lots located in the Lagoi Bay, Bintan Resorts. Size of each lot ranged 3,000 to 4,000 m2 with sales price up to S$ 500 per m2.John added that the company targeting on the consumers in Singapore. The price sales of lots are less expensive than the price of property in Singapore, which is believed to be able to attract customers.Besides offering the lots, the company also will develop 50 units hotels villas around 13 hectares land with investment amounting to IDR250 billion, which will begin in early 2011. The hotels is expected to operate in mid 2012.Bukit Uluwatu was newly operated on 2008 after acquired Alila Ubud in Bali on 30 April 2008. Another hotel that is Alila Uluwatu Villas have start contributing to the companys revenue after built and rented as a resort on June 2009.The companys revenue from January to September 2010 soared 220.85% to IDR108.57 billion compared to IDR33.84 billion in the same period last year.Meanwhile, the company operating profit in the first nine months of this year grew 445.26% to IDR31.54 billion compared with IDR5.78 billion in January to September 2010.
