SENTUL, Bogor: The business unit focusing on landed residential PT Bakrieland Development Tbk launched a mega residential project, Sentul Nirwana, in an area of 12,000 hectare in Sentul, Bogor, by allocating funds IDR1 trillion for the early stage.President Director of a subsidiary of PT Bakrieland Development for Sentul project Marc Dressler said that the company in this initial phase will begin to construct Jungleland, a theme park in an area of 40 hectare and two residential clusters, namely The Atmosphere and The Breeze over an area of 9 ha and 5 ha respectively."The first stage development is built on an area of 127 hectares, there will be about five or six clusters with 1,200 to 1,500 units and other supporting infrastructure with a total investment of IDR1 trillion," he said in Sentul, Bogor last week.Dressler said it on the launching of Sentul Nirwana which is started with the sale of housing unit from those two clusters. The launching ceremony was attended by Directors and Commissioners of Bakrieland.Sentul Nirwana will become and integrated residential, provided by hotel, resort, golf field, commercial area and office building as well as residential area with an integrated facilities and infrastructures.Bakrieland Development is a developer for integrated area engaged in property and infrastructure sector. The company has four units of business, including city property, residential area, hotel and resort as well as toll road projects.According to Dressler, the development of Jungleland, the two clusters and the next four clusters will become the main plan in an area of 600 ha which will be finished in the next 3 years.The Atmosphere and The Breeze will consist of 400 units of houses. The development will be begun in this month and it is expected to be completed in December 2012.Meanwhile, the development of Jungleland will be started in September 2011 and will be finished in July 2012.He is optimistic that Sentul Nirvana can be realized as an integrated area to complement Sentul, Bogor City, and surrounding areas with good accessibility."Continuing our passion and commitment to become an integrated regional developer to improve the quality of life, we are ready to build Sentul Nirvana to be a city of the future."
