JAKARTA: Palm oil producer PT BW Plantation Tbk (BWPT) that is controlled by Widodo family will distribute dividend at IDR9 per share for book year of 2010 totaled IDR36.54 billion or 10% of the total net profit in 2010 at IDR243.6 billion. The dividend payout ratio has been approved by the shareholders in the annual general meeting of shareholders held today.IDR203.3 billion will be put as retained earnings while the remaining of IDR3.8 billion for reserves, BW Plantation Corporate Secretary Kelik irwantono said.The payment time is still being arranged but clearly it will be conducted this year, he said after the annual meeting.The BWPT-coded company posted IDR243.6 billion net profit or 45.5% higher compared to IDR167.5 billion a year earlier.The increased net profit supported by 21.9% increase in operating revenue to IDR712.2 billion compared to previous year as much as IDR584.1 billion, which was resulted from the increase of CPO sales volume at 1.6% and CPO average sales price at 18.3%.
