JAKARTA: PT Sigmantara Alfindo disposes its ownership in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) by selling 10% of it shares.Director Sigmantara Djoko Susanto in a disclosure last week said that the company sold 343.18 million shares for IDR2,750 per share in a divestment on January 19, 2011, leaving its ownership at 64.66%.Director Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Ang Gara Hans Prawira said in a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange that the company had been informed on Sigmantaras 10% divestment.
