JAKARTA: PT Trans Lifestyle, a member of Para Group, has officially begun a tender offer for PT Anta Express Tour & Travel Service Tbks outstanding shares starting today.Trans Lifestyle in prospectus today said that the tender offer will last on August 12, 2011, whilst the payment set on August 15.The company will disburse IDR37.05 billion to buy 123.5 million shares of PT Anta Express Tour & Travel Service Tbk at IDR300 as one of the phases of go private process.The amount of the shares is representing 21.67% of its enlarged capital. Trans Lifestyle prepared IDR37.10 billion to fund this corporate action.Anta Express, a unit of PT Trans Lifestyle, which is a member of Para Group, announces its plan to go private in August 2011. The company reasoned the decision to delist its shares because the stocks were non-liquid. The company also has no plans to access capital market.The tour and travel service company received approval for such corporate action at shareholders meeting on June 16, 2011.Trans Lifestyle controlled 78.33% of Anta Express ownership.
