JAKARTA: PT Indoexchange Tbk today reportdly that its controlling share holder dubbed Integrax Berhad has disposed and transffered 189.74 million shares or 70.31% shareholding in Indoexchange at IDR24.67 billion.Indoexchange Corporate Secretary Agung P. Prihatin, in a public announcement filed to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), said Integrax Berhad has sold Indoexchange's shareholding and 42.87 million or 99.85% of its total warrants to Malaysia-based company namely Equatorex Sdn Berhad.Integrax, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Equatorex on February 11 2011, has sold the warrants at IDR80 as well.The shares and warrants sale are intended to focus Integrax with its business in Malaysia.Following the sale, Equtorex is now recorded as a controlling share holder in Indoexchange with 70.31% shareholding and public holders hold the remaining stake.
