JAKARTA: PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, a producer of sanitary products, pipe accessories, and kitchen appliances, will pay IDR34 billion interim dividend.The cash to pay the dividend is sourced from the net earnings this year through September that has reached IDR150 billion.President Commissioner Surya Toto Hiromichi Tabata and the Board of Commissioners stated that the payment of the interim dividend is set at IDR700 per share and in cash.Directors agree to pay interim dividend on conditions that the cash dividend will refer to the amount of fixed dividend to be decided at the annual general meeting of shareholders, he said in a statement to Indonesia stock Exchange (IDX) today.The company will directly cut the dividend tax as ruled out in the tax regulation and applied to the shareholders obtaining the cash interim dividend.The interim dividend will be transfered to the bank accounts of each shareholder, or by other means the directors decide, he added. The dividend will be paid on December 22,1010 and should be received not more than January 5, 2011. (T04/NOM)
