Indonesian stocks poised for further rally

JAKARTA: The Indonesian stocks may extend it rally today amid possible profit taking on several stocks. Investors are suggested to monitor stocks like ELSA, ADHI, BBNI, INTP, and CMNP. Read the full recommendations below:e-Trading Securities predicts that Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) potentially moves between 3,700-3,800 today. Stocks to be monitored are ELSA, ADHI, PTPP, INTP, BJBR, and BBNI. Yesterday, the index was closed 16 points (0.43%) higher to 3,786.09. Foreign investors booked a net buy of IDR341 billion at regular market. The leading movers were ITMG, BORN, KLBF, and LPKR. Although the index seems to be overbought, a room for appreciation is still opened.Erdikha Sekuritas expects the index to break the range of 3,710-3,810 today with leading movers to be CMNP, BBNI, and BBKP. Yesterday, banking and trade stocks dominated the trading, giving more strength to the index. Several sectors like mining, finance, infrastructure, and trading are in positive trend, paving way to break new record. The index will test 3,800 yet the investors are suggested to closely watch profit taking. (NOM)
