JAKARTA: Property developer PT Metropolitan Land Tbk is projected to book IDR260 billion sales in the first half from its housing projects.
Sales in 2011 may surpass last year's target, Corporate Secretary Olivia Widjojo told Bisnis.Companys projects in Menteng and Cibitung gave the biggest contribution by IDR40 billion-IDR45 billion in February to March.The developer might use a loan facility amounting to IDR150 billion from Bank Mandiri at the end of 2011.The fund will be used to finance the second stage of Puri Metropolitan.
