JAKARTA: PT Dynaplast Tbk, a plastic packaging and components producer, said it expects the market authority to delist its shares from Indonesia Stock Exchange in the next one to two weeks, following the completion of a tender offer on the company's shares by the controlling shareholder.PT Hambali Dina Mitra, acting as the controlling shareholder, has completed the tender offer process as scheduled, which was between May 26 to June 27 2011. The payment date was on July 7, said Dynaplast President Director Tony T. Hambali.Not all of the shares were absorbed during the tender offer. There are still 39 to 41 shareholders, including individual investors and companies, who did not participate, he told Bisnis yesterday. They account for less than 0.1% of the Dynaplast's total shares.The shares on the tender offer were priced at IDR4,500 a piece, 41.5% higher than an independent appraiser's price of IDR3,181 and 800% higher than the shares nominal value of IDR500.PT Ciptadana Securities acted as the tender offer's underwriter.After the tender offer was completed, Hambali dominated 73.34% stake in Dynaplast.Initially, Hambali owned 40.09% of Dynaplast, while Singapore-based Dynapack Asia Pte Ltd had 26.66%, and Singapore-based UOB Kay Han Pte Ltd., and public owned 24.54%.(t01/msw)
