JAKARTA: PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk secures US$3 million loan from United Overseas Bank Limited, Singapore.
Such loan will be used to settle its debts to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Panin Tbk in June 3, Kokoh Intis Director Suthep Kanmano said.The building materials distributor also has released 24,997 shares or 99.99% stake in PT Bangun Adi Perkasa.The transfer of stake was conducted with the signing of transfer of rights in shares in public notary in Jakarta, he said in a public disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange, today.In todays trading at 09.36 JATS, the KOIN-coded shares price was stagnant at IDR280 per share.
