JAKARTA: PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) prepares two capital injection schemes for It subsidiary PT Bank Agrioniaga Tbk; acquired last year.BRI president Sofyan Baasyir said the 2 schemes are by holding right issue or sub-debt.Might be right issue or sub-debt. We still have the proceeds from our previous sub-debt, as he said in Jakarta, today.Yet, he could not detail the number of the additional capital. To date, BRI, as the parent company, is still waiting for Bank Agroniaga Director proposal.BRI officially manages Agroniaga majority shares after acquiring 88.65% of it total shares. BRI plans to expand Agroniaga through SME credit finance business particularly on agribusiness sector. (T05/wiw)
