JAKARTA: The initial share listing of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk, which owns television station TVOne, may be realized in the end of September, a month after a required process at the market watchdog (Bapepam-LK) completes.PT Danatama Makmur, as the underwriter for Visi Media Asias Initial Public Offering on Indonesia Stock Exchange, will not repeat the book-building process, a process to gauge investors' interest on the shares. Visi Media also owns television station ANTV, and news portal Vivanews.The company's initial public offering had been planned to take place in July, but was delayed after Bapepam-LK had some queries on the technicality of the company's book-building process. Based on the previous book-building process, Visi Media Asias stock price was set at IDR280 a piece. The audit of financial report as per May 2011 will be completed on August 15-18, 2011. After such completion, the company will directly process this IPO application to Bapepam-LK, said Danatama Makmur Executive Director Vicky Ganda Saputra.We will not repeat the book-building process as we will only make an official announcement to the investors displaying their interest in the previous book-building. Regarding the IPO price, I cannot give any comments. Probably, it will rise, decline or unchanged, he told reporters during a door-stop at Bapepam-LK office yesterday. (t02/msw)
