HONG KONG: PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk starts fostering trade financing between domestic and Chinese business people, as the bank launched its renovated branch office in Hong Kong, aiming at providing US$120 million in loans.The state-controlled bank officially launched its redesigned branch office in Hong Kong, which was established in 1959, featuring new look with a display room. The Hong Kong branch office has been running general banking services.BNI will make similar renovation in its other overseas branches, including in London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore.The display room is a facility for small and medium businesses from Indonesia to introduce their products in Chinese market via Hong Kong, said BNI President Director Gatot Mudiantoro Suwondo.In addition, Chinese business people can also use the facility.So we introduce another function.
