Bakrieland ready to hold a tender offer of 2 toll projects

BOGOR: PT Bakrieland Development Tbk, a parent company of PT Bakrie Tol Road, is ready to organize a tender offer for toll road construction of Pejagan-Pemalang and Ciawi-Sukabumi routes by the end of this year after the land acquisition for the projects

BOGOR: PT Bakrieland Development Tbk, a parent company of PT Bakrie Tol Road, is ready to organize a tender offer for toll road construction of Pejagan-Pemalang and Ciawi-Sukabumi routes by the end of this year after the land acquisition for the projects had been on progress well.The toll road project for 57.51 kilometers route of Pejagan-Pemalang will spend IDR5.51 trillion, while IDR4.9 trillion will be allocated for 54.35 km-toll road project of Ciawi-Sukabumi route.President Director of Bakrieland Development Hiramsyah Sambudhy Thaib said the tender offer will be focused on Pejagan-Pemalang route of I and II Section as the land acquisition had been completed to 90%.Then, the tender of I Section project of Ciawi-Sukabumi route is expected to be also realized by this year considering that its land acquisition had been completed to 30%.Thus, the construction process can be realized immediately in the second quarter of 2012 or in April. The construction could be started in April after the rain season has been ended.If the construction of both projects could be started in April 2012, so the by the end of 2013 the construction process is expected to be completed. Then, by 2014, the both toll roads will have been already operated.Nirwana BaliOn the other hand, Bakrieland Development through its business unit of hotel and resort, had already launched Nirwana Bali Golf Suites which is a property part of Nirwana Bali-Resort Area in Tanah Lot, Bali with allocated fund by IDR220 billion.PT Bakrie Nirwana Semesta Chief Marketing Officer-Hotel Development Deden E. Sudarbo informed that Nirwana Bali Golf Suites will be constructed on an area of 27,000 square meters in early 2012 and is targeted to be completed in January 2014.Through the pre-launching, the developer will offer a special price or lower by 30%-40% of the existing sale price per unit in average within of IDR24 million per sqm.Totally, the five-star hotel offers 146 units consisting of 111 standard units, 26 units having one bedroom, and other 9 units with 2 bedrooms.Nirwana Bali Resort is an integrated area standing on 103 hectare area and combining a hotel with resort, residential unit, and sport facilities.In addition, Nirwana Residence is another project that has been developed in the area of Nirwana Bali Resort by launching three luxurious villas and three apartment resorts with small clusters having rural view in January 2011.Moreover, for next 5-8 years, we also plan to develop serviced suites and villas in the area of Nirwana Bali resort that will be operated by the management of the international-scaled five-star operator.
