JAKARTA: PT BII Finance Center plans to use the recently sealed credit facility of IDR1 trillion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk in early August for achieving financing target.The facility is predicted to be the last loan this year as the bank has withdrawn sufficient amount to catch the financing target of IDR5.11 trillion.For this year, it is enough. If there is any other, it will be for next year financing, said BII Finance President Director Alexander yesterday.As the financing company receives loan facility from banks, including OCBC NISP, it considers delaying the plan to issue bonds worth IDR500 billion.Other than OCBC NISP, the company also secures loans at IDR10 billion from PT Bank Ekonomi in the form of work capital and from PT Bank Mandiri in the form of joint financing.The company also gets facility from PT Bank Victoria as much as IDR100 billion in the form of work capital.Alexander said that the loan facility from Bank Victoria was received 2 months ago. The facility, as he added, was disbursed immediately to fund the companys car financing business.After securing the loans, the company pushed back its bonds issue to early next year from the initial schedule at the second half of the year.BII Finance has appointed PT NISP Securitas to be the underwriter in its first bonds issue.The company has launched a new unit handling heavy equipment, which within three months will start seeking financing, mainly from sharia banks, said Alexander.Moreover, as he continued, the company plans to focus on heavy equipment leasing with sharia financing because the business line is more prospective.
