JAKARTA: Shares of PT United Tractors gained IDR200 or 0.81% to IDR24,800 on 11.38 a.m. local time at the Jakarta Stock Exchange following acquisition plan of two mining companies in Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan.The company will buy PT Duta Sejahtera and PT Duta Nurcahya via its subsidiary PT Tuah Turangga, Investor Daily reported, citing Corporate Secretary Sara K. Loebis.Tuah Turangga has sealed a conditional sale and purchase agreement on July 8. The company will acquire 60% of Duta Sejahteras ownership.Duta Sejahtera has 4,912 hectares of mining concession in North Barito, Central Kalimantan, whilst Duta Nurcahyas owns 4,999 hectares. Reserve coal of two companies would reach 25-100 tons with 6,000-6,300 calories.The targeted companies are predicted to start their production on 2013. The early production would reach 500,000 tons.
