JAKARTA: PT Golden Energy Mines initial public offering agenda is postponed to IVQ/11 due to ongoing negotiation with potential investors.Golden Mines, PT Dian Swastika Tbks subsidiary, previously scheduled to conduct IPO in August 2011 to release 1.25 million or 20% from its total share at IDR2,300-IDR3,500 per unit. From the corporate act, the company is projected to pocket IDR4.47 trillion.Nonetheless, Golden Mines has not set the targeted proceeds, PT Sinarmas Sekuritass President Director Kokaryadi Chandra told bisnis. Sinarmas is appointed as the underwriter.We have not know the exact figure but clearly it will be more than IDR1 trillion. We hope there will be no downsize.Golden Mines is a member of Sinarmas Group on coal mining. The business line is currently managed by Indra Widjaja.The previously known as PT Bumi Kencana Sakti owns 10 coal concessions within 57,000 hectare area.Golden Mines is negotiating with 6 potential investors, one of them is Coal India Ltd, government of India coal miner listed at Bombay Stock Exchange.Besides Coal India, another Golden Mines shortlist is Tata Power Co. Ltd and PT United Tractors Tbk. Golden Mines currently manages mines in Jambi and Riau with approximately 172 million ton resources. (15/18) (t05/msw)
