JAKARTA: PT Mandiri Sekuritas, a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk on investment and fund management service, is handling three companies having plan to hold initial public offering in the fourth quarter 2011 due to enhance its performance.Out of three companies, two companies focus on plantation sector, and another one company is engaged in coal mining sector, as informed by PT Mandiri Sekuritas Director Kartika Wirjoatmodjo.Totally, throughout this year the state-owned securities company will handle IPO of nine companies.In the meantime, several IPOs had been completed in the first half of 2010, namely PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, PT Mitra Bahtera Segara Sejati Tbk, PT Jaya Agra Watie Tbk, and PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk.We have other companies that will be handled for their IPO process consisting of two plantation companies and one coal miner in the fourth quarter of 2011. However, we cant shares for the IPOs value yet, he said.On the other hand, PT ABM Investama, an affiliated company of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group (TMT) owned by A.H.K. Hamami, also mandates Mandiri Sekuritas to manage its IPO process.Meanwhile, lower financial performance hit Mandiri Sekuritas in the first quarter of this year.
