JAKARTA: Two shareholders of PT Skybee Tbk have converted Mandatory Exchangeable Bonds. Those shareholders were Aspires Inc, Ora Pro Nobis International Corp and Creative One Limited.
The shareholders converted 69.997.500 shares, 140 million shares, and 105 million shares, Skybees Corporate Secretary Stephanus Felix Kristani said.MEB conversion was conducted at price of IDR100 in accordance to the Issuance Agreement of MEB, he said in information disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange, today.After the conversion, Aspires Inc controls 11.97%, Ora Pro Nobis International Corp 23.93%, and Creative One Limited 17.95%.In todays trading at 14.04 JATS, SKYB-coded shares were traded stagnant at IDR610 per share.
