JAKARTA: Indonesias capital watchdog legitimized 29 companies into sharia-stock list, following a periodic review by the market authority.The companies include PT Adaro Energy Tbk, PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk, PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk and PT Buana Listya Tama Tbk.The legalization had been stated through Decision of Chairman of Indonesias capital watchdog (Bapepam-LK) No. Kep-261/BL/2011 on Sharia-Stock List.The review and arrangement of sharia-stock list process are supported by data sources from their financial statement ended on December 31,2010 and supporting data such as their written data.In the meantime, there are 26 companies that have been out from the sharia-stock list in this period as they havent fulfilled the criteria of sharia stock.Meanwhile, about 6 companies are taken out from the list because they havent submitted yet their financial statement, namely PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk, PT ATPK Resources Tbk, PT Citra Kebun Raya Agri Tbk, PT Dayaindo Resources International Tbk, PT Katarina Utama Tbk and PT Modernland Realty Tbk.(t01/msw)
