IDX suspends UNIT trading, MYTX into UMA list

JAKARTA: Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) suspended the stock trading of PT Nusantara Inti Corpora Tbk (UNIT) following the significant hike in its stock price cumulatively.The UNIT was traded at IDR400 on May 19, soaring by 260.36% or IDR289 per unit from closing price on March 8 at IDR111. The stocks thus have been temporarily suspended as of May 20 at both regular and cash markets, until further announcement. In the meantime, IDX also put the stocks of PT APAC Citra Centertex Tbk into Unusual Market Activity after outstanding jump in its prices and transactions.The market authority indeed on May 13 had sent a letter asking for confirmation from the company. The stocks are now under close monitoring of the market authority and the investors are suggested to review the corporate action plan of the company if it is not yet agreed by General Meeting of Shareholders.
