JAKARTA: Gapuraprima Group, property company, join with BNI Bank will offer free installment over five years for consumers who wants to buy a house or apartment using mortgage facility.
Managing Director of Gapuraprima Group Rudi Margono said the free installment program is offered to buy 500 housing and 250 apartment units.The houses and apartments are spread over 17 locations in Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, Bali with prices ranging from IDR100 million to IDR3 billion per unit."Consumers pay a 10% down payment a year. Loan period at least 15 years.
