JAKARTA: PT Buana Listya Tama Tbk, Indonesia-based logistic company and a subsidiary of Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLTA), elevates its proceed target of its initial public offering (IPO) to US$120.6 million from the initial target by US$120 million. The oversubscribed of IPO by 6.03 times has stimulated the higher proceed target.Meanwhile, the price of initial share has been stayed at IDR155 per share.The price was formulated based on an analysis result of bookbuilding process, as confirmed by Vicky Ganda Saputra, Executive Director of Investment Banking of PT Danatama Makmur acted as the IPOs underwriter.
