JAKARTA: PT Asuransi bina Dana Artha Tbk (ABDA) aims to hold rights issue to increase its basic capital to IDR16.63 billion in April.Unfortunately, he hasnt explained further yet for the total definitive fund targeted from the right issue.He also stated that the right issue consists of share new B-series shares by 587.2 million shares to 1.06 billion shares with a nominal value by IDR300. While, A-series shares are about 35.37 million shares priced at IDR500. Thus, the total shares owned by the ABDA-coded company will escalate to 1.1 billion shares.President Director of Candra Gunawan informed that the company also targets for this years revenue to grow lower 15% from revenue growth in 2010. But, the total revenue for 2010 period cant be announced to public as thats on audit process.As he continued, the company intends to establish a unit of sharia insurance by this year, at least by next year considering on the business line prospect.Now, the company focuses mainly on insurance for vehicles having 60% portion of the total business. In addition, it has health insurance business by 10%, and then the remaining of business focus on insurance of property, cargo, and surety bond. (t01/wiw)
