JAKARTA: After declining yesterday, Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) was opened down by 4% or 137.99 points to 3,454.11. The decline was mainly contributed by PT Astra International and PT Bank Central Asia.The index moved between 3,453.27-3,313.20Of 423 stocks sustaining the index, one stock rose, 33 fell and 389 stocks were stagnant.PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam was the only leading mover which restrained the index to slump further by contributing 0.13 point.PT Astra International became the primary lagging mover with a negative contribution of 6.20 points, followed by PT Bank Central Asia and Perusahaan Gas Negara with -4.31 points and -2.85 points, respectively.The entire nine industrial groups in the index showed negative movement, led by finance with -24.29%, consumer goods with -16.92% and mining with -16.74%.BISNIS-27 Index also declined as low as 4.26% r -12.47 points to 280.28.
