JAKARTA: PT Pemeringkat Efek Indoneisa (Pefindo), Indonesia rating agency, upgraded rarings of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSD) and its bonds to idA from idBBB+ and gave stable prospect for the company.Vonny Widjaja and Rifan Firmansyah, analysts at Pefindo, said in a release last week that the upgrade reflected business position of the property company, which is getting stronger following the consolidation of PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, PT Sinar Mas Teladan and PT Sinar Mas Wisesa.Bumi Serpong Damai and those three companies are under the property division of Sinarmas.
