JAKARTA: The Djarum Group-owned telco tower operator, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, through subsidiary PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) has secured a loan facility of US$30 million.Corporate Secretary of Sarana Menara Haryo Dewanto said the loan came from ABN Ambro Bank NV (Jakarta), DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank. The four banks will also act as the mandated lead arrangers.However, Haryo declined to expose the details about the amount of loan each bank disbursed. "The loan is signed on December 23," he said in written information to the stock exchange yesterday.The facility agent for the loan is Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, while the common security agent is PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. In the meantime, data service producer and low-end cell phone distributor PT Skybee Tbk disposes of 44.99% shares in subsidiary PT Sinergitama Komindo to PT Sinergitama Mandiri, leading their shares shrink to 55%. The company didn't explain the transaction value and whether it was considered affiliate transaction. "Following the share disposal, the shares of Sinergitama Komindo shrink from 99.99% to 55%," wrote the management of Skybee in their information expose to the BEI authority yesterday.Skybee was publicly listed on July 7, 2010.
