JAKARTA: PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha is eyeing to bolster premium revenues by 40% for 2011 from this year's projected revenues of IDR1.5 trillion.Managing Director of Wanaartha Life Eddy Berutu said premium revenues until the third quarter of 2010 hit IDR1.2 trillion, rising 57% from the same period last year and higher than the national premium revenues growth of 30%.Moreover, the company also found its non-premium revenues, consisting of investment revenues, reinsurance claim, and others, rising to IDR115.5 billion.In addition, the number of policyholders until the third quarter of 2010 surged 5,780 holders or 20% to 355,245 holders from the same period last year. "If economic condition next year will be as steady as this year, we are optimistic things will be better for 2011. We target premium revenues growth at 35%-40%," he told yesterday, adding the projected growth for 2011 would be supported by the company's business expansion plan through the launch of several products and services, such as unit-linked products.

"Furthermore, we also plan to launch another new product for the corporate segment in the first semester of 2011."
