JAKARTA: PT Sinarmas Multiartha Tbk, a financial services company, targets the year-end revenue to exceed IDR10 trillion. The number slightly climbs from revenue in the third quarter of 2010 amounting IDR9.69 trillion.
Director of Sinarmas Multiartha Kurniawan Udjaja affirmed that the company does not have the exact forecast as it depends on performances of its subsidiaries.He also continued that the company expects net income by the end of 2010 to be IDR800 billion.Based on the estimation, the company will focus on its insurance business units which are the largest revenue contributors to the SMMA-coded company, about 70%-80% to the total revenue.In addition the companys revenue grew by 31.94% from 7.34% in the same period of last year.For the coming year, the company predicts its financial performance, both revenue and net income, to be able to go up between 10%-15%. Unfortunately, he refused to unveil information related to the expansion plan or business focus next year as all will depend on the subsidiaries. (T01/NOM)
