JAKARTA: PT Budi Delta Swakarya, parent of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk and PT Budi Acid Jaya Tbk, issued IDR185 billion medium term notes (MTN).Director PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) Sulistyo Budi said in an information disclosure today that the notes offer fixed coupon rate at 12% a year. The coupon will be shared to the investors every six month. The notes will expire in June 2, 2015.Budi Swakarya, as the major owner of Tunas Baru Lampung (TBLA), controls 28.18% holding. Other shareholder of TBLA is PT Sungai Budi, which holds 26.06% shares while President Director TBLA Widarto owns 0.05% and President Commissioner TBLA Santoso Winata has 0.05%. The remaining 45% belong to public.Meanwhile in Budi Acid, Budi Swakarya holds 25.41% shares and Sungai Budi controls 25.83% shares while 47.41% belong to public.In the third quarter of 2010 (Q3/2010), Tunas Baru Lampung booked a 8.8% decline in sales to IDR1.92 trillion from IDR2.11 trillion in the same period last year. Net earning were recorded at IDR124.04 billion in Q3/2010, sliding 46.84% from IDR233.36 billion in Q3/2009. (t04/wiw)
