JAKARTA: Indonesia shares were closed down 0.85% or 31.35 points to 3,658.31. Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) run within the range of 3,613.67-3,691.11.

Out of 418 companies traded in the index, 35 shares or around 8% strengthened, 195 shares or equivalent to 47% weakened, and the remaining of 45% or 188 shares remained unchanged.Meanwhile, The dominant negative contribution of Bank International Indonesia, by 3.99 points, dragged down the index, followed by Perusahaan Gas Negara with 3.612 points, Unilever Indonesia with 3.19 points, and Bank Danamon with 2.98 points.On the other hand, several shares sustaining the sharess decline, namely Sumber Alfaria contributing positively with 0.82 points, followed bt XL Axiata with 0.51 points, Saran Menara with 0.49 points, and Semen Gresik with 0.35 points.Furthermore, a whole sectors traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange provided negative contribution that was leaded by financial sectors with 32.14%, followed the consumer goods sectors with 18.36%, the infrastructure and utility sector with 12.75%, the mining sector with 11.98%, agricultural sector with 8.46%, basic industry and chemical with 5.14%, the construction and property with 3.11%, service and trade sector with 1.79%, as well as miscellaneous sector with 1.16%.Similarly, BISNI-27 Index also slumped 2.82 points or 0.87% from its level of 322.24 in the yesterdays closing after moving in a range of 318.21325.28.
