JAKARTA: PT Bank Syariah Bukopin targets IDR150 billion financing on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The sector still has high demand in the end of the year. President Director of Bukopin Syariah Riyanto said the bank of October 2010 has realized a financing of IDR1.5 billion, of which 60% was contributed by MSME sector while the remaining was on consumer and commercial sectors. "In December, the corporate financing is projected to grow by IDR150 billion," he told Bisnis. He predicted until the end of this year the financing will miss the target set early this year. This, as he explained, is because a number of plans can not yet be realized this year. Besides, he said the bank targets the third party fund will reach IDR100 billion in one month ahead. He revealed until the end of November, the financing grew 20%, below 30% target set early this year. (T03/NOM)
