TANGERANG: PT Marga Mandala Sakti, the operator of Tangerang-Merak toll road, seeks to record IDR430 billion revenue by 2011, following the increasing forecast of daily traffic average above 6%.President Director of Marga Mandala Sakti, Wiwiek D. Santoso, said that this years traffic jumped by 6% contributing to IDR400 billion revenue of the company, a rise by 33% of the realization in 2009 at IDR300 billion.He further added that the increasing traffic forecast is relatively in line with the improved services and toll roads infrastructure. Marga Mandala has gradually improved its infrastructure since 2008, expectantly completed by 2012 or earlier than the previous schedule in 2014.We set the revenue target at IDR430 billion by next year, following the improved services that we offer, he said today.Adding to that, Marga Mandala keeps reconstructing the infrastructure of the 72.45-km road from Tangerang to Merak port. The investment value is estimated at IDR3.5 trillion until 2012. (T02/NOM)
