JAKARTA: PT Bank Resona Perdania issued IDR300 billion medium terms notes (MTN) early this week.Based on the information disclosure of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) early this week, the private lender gave 10.5% coupon that will be paid once in every six month to the investors.The MTN matures on 9 December 2013, said the Director of KSEI, Sulistyo Budi, in the statement.He also added that the bank led by Akihiro Miyamoto has also appointed PT Nomura Indonesia as the arranger of the note issuance.PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) granted idAA- rating for Resona Perdania. Prior to this, the company had also issued MTN I and MTN II valuing IDR135 billion and IDR100 billion, respectively. Pefindo also assigned the similar rating level to those notes with stable outlook.An analyst from Pefindo, Danan Dito, in the rating evaluation in July said that such rating reflected the strong support from the companys shareholders besides intensified capitalization and financial flexibility.The shareholders of Resona Perdania consist of Resona Bank Ltd (Japan) with 43.42% ownership, East Asia Indonesia Holdings Ltd (30%), Vision Well (British Virgin Island) (19.92%), Jafco Co Ltd (Japan) 5.08% and others (1.58%).The private lender also has subsidiary focusing on financing sector, PT Resona Indonesia Finance with 76% share ownership, and the remaining shares are controlled by Resona Bank Ltd (Japan).
