JAKARTA: Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) Indolife Pensiontama recorded an asset under management (AUM) for about IDR650 billion this year, rose 62% from IDR400 billion November 2009.DPLK Indolife manager in Charge Harry Poerwanto said the growth was in line with bigger investment, fee fund expansion and new members. Investment, he continued, have been showing positive signals amid to an increasingly stable macroeconomic and liquidity in capital market. "We might do not have a large assets but it is growing from IDR400 billion per November's last year to IDR650 billion this year" as he said to Bisnis recently.At the moment, Indolife investment rests on two main portfolios namely bonds and deposits. In 2008, the pension fund asset booked IDR350 billion with the deposits and bonds as dominant investment. In 1998, DPLK Indolife's asset was only IDR12.1 billion with 8,190 members while in 2006 their wealth rocketed to IDR260.2 with 56,933 members. (t05/wiw)
